Enjoy an acclaimed short ‘Gold to Now’ film, stroll through lush gardens and see our collections of vintage cars, mining architecture, steam machinery and hot forge steel sculptures. Pick up your self-guided walking map and take yourself on a journey into the past. • Croydon Caravan Park The Park is situated on the Lady Mary ‘Reward Mine” which started the rush. It is centrally located, close to all businesses and amenities, has a pool, plenty of shade, powered and un-powered sites, air-conditioned/ensuited cabins, facilities for the disabled, laundry, camp kitchen and fire pit. • Croydon’s Freedom Camping Area By permit only. You can register at the Croydon Visitor Information Centre for a donation. Maximum stay of two nights per permit, this includes access to showers and toilets.
