Around 1920 Adels Grove was taken up by Albert de Lestang, a French botanist. By 1939 he had some 1,000 species of exotic and native plants, shrubs and trees growing here. Adels Grove is 10km from Boodjamulla National Park headquarters and is a great base for exploring the National Park and World Heritage Listed Riversleigh Fossil Fields.
